I was at walmart when I noticed this fun colorbok paper set. I knew right then this was the
paper I wanted to use for the set.

Let me know what you think?

Supplies used:
Uhu twist & glue, Colorbok papers, Martha Stewart Punch, floss, Colorbok ink. MM paper piercer. cuttlebug machine, sizzix die.
Have a wonderful day :)

What to do when you are in a rut!

Sunday, February 22, 2009

Hi Everyone:
Lately I have not felt like doing much except spending time in my garden, getting the bveds ready for Spring.
I had to start over again due to the freeze 2 weeks I lost all my plants, some are coming back to life :0

I was talking to a couple of friends of mine regarding what to do when mojo seems to be taking a vacation..
We started challenging each other to get organized and get things done in our studios..

Here's how I'm managing being in a rut :)
  1. Clean desk
  2. Organize pics
  3. put kits together of potential papers, embellishments and sketches you might want to try.
  4. Organize and read all those mags you have not really read from cover to cover
  5. Create an idea file
Surf fav inspirations blogs and sites, so when Mojo comes back you will be all ready and organized ready to go.

Just a heads up Valerie Salmon will be at the cuttlebug challenge blog on Wedn.. They are giving away a Free Got sketch..
This would really comes in handy if you are in a rut :)

Have a great day,
Maggie
