There's no better way to start the weekend than an ARt Festival! The Annual Winter park Festival...

This year was amazing it seems textile and texture was the big hit. From dyeing your own fabric to intricate quilts.

The most amazing thing I saw was these sculptures they looked so real, that I touch one of them. In a minute you will see what I mean..
Look at the details, the goosebumps and the age spots, the eyelashes.. The hearing aids..





















Nothing compares to this not even the Madame Tussaud wax..

I've gone to heaven with this kit!

Hi Everyone:
Every month I anxiously await for the mail. It's like Christmas for me, when I get my box from "Theshakerbox, kit club".
I gotta tell u when I open the box and see IOD paintable paper, and the gorgeous say it w/Crystals, my heart does the peterpatty :)

So much has been going on I just got back from the Women retreat I was putting together at the church, and it was mesmerizing..

I started reading "my sister's keeper by Jodi Picoult.

I am also doing the New Earth by Eckardt Tolle and Oprah's class as well. HERE
Since starting this class, I've become more aware of my own spirituality and more in tune with reading the bible on a regular basis.

I am currently making 50 cards for a swap project... I decided I was going to make some pompom for my cards. Well that didn't go too well instead I endup with tassels. I've discovered I am pompom challenge.. If you have any tips for me please do share..








Talking about cards, I have a set of new hybrid cards at the store.




















As I was making the cards I needed a spot to display them. I notice I have 3 corkboard in the studios, my friend Collen has a great tutorial here using Vintage fabric.
But you can also use any fabric not just vintage:)
