Did you have a good weekend?
I have a new love in my life, and all I can say is where have you been all this time?
My new love is none other than F.R.E.D.... Why that is?
After stooping in front of a pc for more than 9 hours at work by the time I get home my neck and shoulders hurt...
This revolutionary product works exactly as it says, unlike other products that doesn't deliver...
With FRED I get my digital section done print out and start scrapping.
Since having FRED I've been able to adjust my depth of field, and the neck and shoulder stress have been reduced....
Other ways FRED can help you, when you are going to crops it's easy and portable and you can stack several pages on the board for easy transport..
I've found taking pics of lo for web upload is so much easier as well....
Also FRED is HANDMADE everyone of them:) when you purchase this product it is custom made....
Where can you find FRED? it's simple HERE
Let them know we send you, btw I don't work for this co I just luv the product..
I will be giving away 1 FRED from today till June 19th, all you have to do is link both my scrapping buddy, and this blog. Then leave a message here on how this table can help you.. Winner will be announce June 20th, so come back often and leave a message.
I did a couple lo for a challenge at ACBAILELTD.com and theShakerbox.com.
On this lo, I added a texture to the picture then printed.. I use stamping techniques to create the border on the bottom and journaling spot.

LOL I had no idea what the heck you were talking about FRED......glad you left a link. That looks intersting.....you own one and do you work with it all the time?
What great layouts! Thanks for sharing your find!
Wow, that's a pretty cool product! I'm not a paper scrapper, but I love the concept for those who are! Hmm.. could be a great gift for my sis.
FRED looks pretty cool . . . off to check it out some more!! Thanks!
That looks very cool! So much more comfortable than leaning over the table! Thanks for the link.
Totally love your review of it. Talk about saving your body. I could really use that with all the back problems I have. But I just can't stop scrapping so pain is just going to have to deal with my scrapping addiction!
hiya girl.....i have heard tell of this most wonderful FRED...thanks for the great review. It sounds like the perfect scrappin product for my little scrap space!
hope you have an awesome week,
hugs to ya

I just saw FRED, Maggie. He looks awesome. I have tons of stuff to paper scrap with but as you know it's not easy for me to sit long periods. If I had Fred to keep me company, I think I'd paper scrap a lot more. Thanks for sharing this Maggie. I hope I can someday meet FRED.!!!!
I have been wanting one for a couple months now. My hubby says I have to wait a while and tried to win one on NSD but wasn't to be.... I have rheumatoid arthritis and it helps me to have my work at an angle since otherwise I'm a stand up scrapper but can't do that anymore....
Anyway thanks for sharing & posted on my blog your link & FRED's

I am sure it would help my back. Getting old errr older ( lol) is not easy and the back seems to go first. I should not complain because at 57 I can still do almost everything. Linda
What a cool product, I'd love to win one! Would even review it on my blog :) I blogged about the contest on my contest blog ~ http://momcontests.blogspot.com/2008/06/win-fred-for-scrapbooking.html
Glad you linked up to this, never heard of it but it looks and sounds like a great idea.
I don't have a blog to link this to, but I will be passing on the word. As for why I would love to win one...Well, it wouldn't be for me..I'd be giving it to my mom. She scrapbooks on the floor (imagine the neck and back strain there) and this product would make it so much easier for her and would help her out with the back pain she's been having.
Although I would love to play with one of these, I want to enter to try to win one for a friend. She has been wanting one since she first saw them, and has mentioned how much easier it would be for her to scrap if she had F.R.E.D.
I mentioned you both and linked up on my blog.
Thanks so much!
Maybe you want a direct link to my blog? :)
