Happy Sunday! it's a beautiful weekend, the temp has been wonderful it has been in the 80's but the humidity has been down.. I wish the humidity will stay down like this year round..
I was talking to my friend and she was telling me it's snowing in April ? can you believe that?
What are you going to do for Scrapbook day this Sat? I usually stay at the site I belong, but this year is different. I will be at 3 different sites and I'm hosting a chat as well :) Fun eh!
Lately I've been thinking of one thing only how to get my stash down?
Not only do I have a mountain of paper, but I also have 100 gig full of digital product as well.
I started going thru all the kits I've accumulated and pull things I know I will use such as buttons, stitches etc... You can never have too many of those. Then I deleted 80% of the kits.. Now I have tons of space for my pic..
The hardest part is going thru the pics and deciding what to keep or not...
Since I've been purging my paper stock I'm discovering tons of things I had forgotten I got..
The month of May I'm challenging myself to use all the scraps in my stash and donate the rest...

I fell in luv on how easy you create this wallet...the best thing to do is to go to the resale find a cheap leather purse then cut it off to create this. I found one for $3.00 but I have not started yet :) HERE
it's so easy like making an envelope! I did find the hardware at joann's and I use a 40% coupon..
This is so darn cute, I am getting this to hold my ribbon ring, isn't it cute:)
I actually found this book at borders, the excersize are fun and it has help me improve my journaling, along with the That's life from Nic Howard I mentioned a few weeks ago..

Here's a lo I created using some of my scraps which was perfect all I needed was my square punch and voila..I'm also going to be using all my stamps as well, to get mileage out of them....

Wow 80s and no humidity is heaven! I hear you about how hard it is to decide what to keep and what to give away. I'd hoard stuff if I started to digiscrap. LOL. Love your layout. It's so stunning. :)
Beautiful eye candy! I love that wallet, and your layout is divine! As for NSD, I had really hoped to have fun this year now that I have a laptop, it makes it a lot easier to make it to the chats now. But we have to go out of town that day. We'll be gone all day long :-( so I'll be missing absolutely everyting :-( My only consolation is that I should be able to go to Michael's on Saturday, I've never been there. And I'm hoping to build up a collection of ribbons and other scrapping basics so I can do some hybrid scrapping.

Oh Maggie I love the lay out, when I first saw it on SF......you did a great job. I know what you mean about your scraps/stash....I went through some of mine yesterday, Im ttrying to pull all of the coordinating big pieces of scraps out and make cards. I just started making cards and Im having alot of fun doing it!
